The Sit-Up Station is designed to strengthen the core by targeting the abdominal and back muscles. Users place their feet under the support bar, lean back until just off the bench, and then engage the core to return slowly to the starting position. Suitable for ages 13 and up, it’s an excellent addition to any outdoor fitness space.
